We’ll finalize your loan details, talk about interest rates and locking strategies, review contract milestones, and go over the approval timeline. This is a crucial step, and where many lenders leave you confused—but with us, you’ll feel confident and ready for what’s ahead!

With your loan set up just the way you want it, it’s time to get everything in writing. We’ll make sure you fully understand the terms of your mortgage. Want to review it all face-to-face? No problem—we can sit down together and go through the details. Or, if you prefer, you can easily e-sign the disclosure package using our mobile app or secure web browser. It’s all about making this step as convenient and stress-free as possible for you!

We’re fast! While the industry average for loan approval and closing takes 30-45 days, we can get you there in just 14. Since your application has already been reviewed by our underwriters, we’re able to speed things up. We’ll handle the title work, home appraisal, and third-party verifications, so once everything’s reviewed, we can schedule your closing. Plus, with our mobile app, you can easily track the entire approval process from start to finish!

It’s time to get the keys to your new home! We offer a hybrid closing experience to make things easier for you. Most of your closing documents can be e-signed ahead of time, so when you arrive at the closing table, everything moves smoothly. This streamlined process means less waiting and more time enjoying your new home!
